He is the head of regional leadership for Equinix across the Americas; Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and the Asia-Pacific region, and previously was the Americas region president. Prior to Equinix, Karl served in executive roles at Level 3 Communications and NetRail.


Ryan Azus - Chief Revenue Officer, Zoom

Ryan is responsible for Zoom’s sales, customer success, customer support, solution engineering and channel teams. Before joining Zoom, Ryan spent nine years at RingCentral as executive vice president of global sales and services. There, he helped build the company’s multiproduct, multichannel field sales and channel organizations from the ground up, and also helped grow the company’s services organization.


Richard L. Villars - Group Vice President: Worldwide Research, IDC

Richard has spent over 30 years at IDC assessing the evolution of network, storage and server infrastructure. He develops IDC's viewpoints on the workloads driving the adoption of converged- and software-defined IT solutions, as well as strategies to enable more effective use of public and private cloud solutions. As a senior member of IDC's IT Infrastructure research team, Richard also assesses the evolution of data center design, placement and management strategies, as well as the exploitation of rapidly evolving technologies in the areas of big data and cloud.
