DiMemmo is a technology services and marketing veteran and has a broad range of expertise in managed services, applications infrastructure, telecommunications, disaster recovery & business continuity, and data center infrastructure. He is responsible for the strategy, planning, commercial development, and program implementation of the developing Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, and IT Services markets at Equinix. Prior to joining Equinix, DiMemmo served chief marketing and strategy officer at Ascent Corp. where he was responsible for the marketing and commercial development of technologically advanced data centers; including the Northlake Data Center – one of the largest and most powerful data centers in the industry.

Before joining Ascent, DiMemmo served as senior vice president of global marketing and global product management at SAVVIS, Inc., a global leader in IT infrastructure services for enterprise business applications. Prior to joining SAVVIS, DiMemmo served as senior vice president of Global Solutions and vice president of Financial Markets at Global Crossing, Ltd., a worldwide provider of integrated IP networking services. Prior to joining Global Crossing, he served as executive vice president for One Equity Partners, a leading equity investment management firm, performing corporate development, marketing, and product functions within various portfolio companies. DiMemmo also held senior management and operations positions during his career with the pioneer and leading provider of information availability services, SunGard Data Systems. DiMemmo received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Temple University.
